棕剛玉微粉Brown Fused Alumina Microgrits
棕剛玉微粉以優質鋁礬土為主要原料，在電弧爐中經過2200℃以上高溫中冶煉提純、還原、結晶、分選、破碎、磁選、篩分等加工手段精制而成，微粉經過水洗、風分，具有粒度標準、砂質干凈，磨削力強、韌性好，強度大，抗沖擊、耐高溫、抗氧化、耐腐蝕等特性，主要用于制作砂紙、紗布、磨塊、小磨頭、拋光蠟、油石、百潔布、磨輪等產品。
Brown fused alumina microgrits is melted and refined in the electric arc furnace through more than 2,200 ℃ high temperature with high-quality bauxite as the main raw material comes with purification, reduction, crystallization, sorting, crushing, magnetic separation, screening and other processing means. Microgrits, which has been washed and air blasted, owns the characteristics of particle size standards, sand clean, strong grinding force, good toughness, strength, impact resistance, high temperature, antioxidant, corrosion resistance and others. It is mainly used in the production of sandpaper, gauze, grinding block, small bistrique, polishing wax, whetstone, cleaning cloth, grinding wheel and other products.
